Who we are

Cadence RCM Solutions, LLC provides professional fee revenue cycle management services to health systems, physician groups, faculty practices, and ambulatory enterprises in the United States. This notice is published by Cadence RCM Solutions, LLC, and our contact details are at the bottom of this page.

What this website collects

We do not ask you for any information on this site. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no login, and no shopping cart. We do not set cookies, and we do not run analytics, advertising, session recording, or tracking software of any kind.

Two things still happen automatically whenever you load any page on the internet, including this one:

• Server logs. The company that hosts this website records standard technical information about each request — your IP address, the time, the page requested, and your browser type. These logs are generated by the hosting provider for security and reliability purposes and are retained by them under their own policies. We do not use them to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.
• Web fonts. The typefaces on this site are delivered by Google Fonts. When your browser loads a page, it requests those font files directly from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. We do not send Google anything else about you, and we receive nothing back from Google about your visit.

What happens when you email us

The only way this site invites you to contact us is a plain email link. If you use it, your message arrives in our business email system and is handled by people at Cadence. We keep business correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship or as long as our records obligations require, whichever is longer.

We use what you send us to respond to you and to evaluate whether we can help your organization. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you emailed us.

What this notice does not cover

This notice is about visitors to this website. It is not the framework that governs the data we handle for clients.

When Cadence performs revenue cycle services, we process protected health information on behalf of covered entities. That work is governed by HIPAA, by the business associate agreement executed with each client, and by the terms of the engagement itself — not by this page. Clients and prospective clients should look to those agreements, and we are glad to walk your compliance and privacy teams through our controls.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of third parties to make this site work. They are limited to what their function requires:

• Our website host, which stores and serves these pages and maintains the server logs described above.
• Our domain registrar and DNS provider, which direct your browser to the correct server.
• Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces, as described above.
• Our business email provider, which carries and stores messages you send us.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website.

Your choices

Because the site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is nothing here to opt out of. You can block third-party font loading in your browser if you prefer; the site will still work and will simply fall back to a standard system typeface.

If you have emailed us and would like us to delete your message and contact details from our records, write to us at the address below and we will do so, unless we are required to retain it.

Changes to this notice

If we add a contact form, analytics, or any other feature that changes what this site collects, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top before or at the time that feature goes live.
